After normal wheezy-raspbian installation you should run:

apt-get update && apt-get upgrade

To update your software.

Now get the newest Kismet code from kismet home page: https://www.kismetwireless.net/downloads/ or direct link here: http://www.kismetwireless.net/code/kismet-2013-03-R1b.tar.xz.
